What's covered

• Housings, bracket and Vortex Generator: 24 months from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship.
• Hosing and fittings: 12 months.
• Filter cartridges: guaranteed to arrive intact and perform for their rated 12-month cycle when installed per the guide.

What's not covered

• Damage from freezing, water hammer, or feed pressure above 500 kPa (fit a pressure limiting valve if your home exceeds this).
• Installation outside the supplied instructions, or modification of the system.
• Normal wear of consumable media beyond its rated life.

Making a claim

Email hello@kangenprefilters.comwith your order number, a description and a photo. We'll repair or replace the affected component, usually by shipping the part with your next filter set, or immediately for anything that stops the system working.

This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or equivalent consumer protection in your country.
